Give me the
growth problem.
I'll get into it.

Hi, I'm Yash. I've spent most of my time working without a playbook. Give me something I don't know, some context and a deadline, and I'll figure it out. 100M+ organic views came from doing exactly that. I'd bring the same approach to PRED.

Let's talk
Made for Arpit and the PRED team.

01 / What I've owned

I don't really have a playbook.
I build one.

What that looks like in the work.

LEARNING

I learn fast.

I went from knowing nothing about Reddit to 100M+ organic views by figuring out the platform from scratch.

OWNERSHIP

I can own messy problems.

I've worked across distribution, GTM, clients, operations and teams. I'm comfortable when nobody has clearly defined what needs to happen next.

CURIOSITY

I get obsessed.

GEO started as something I had never touched. I went deep enough to start running AEO/GEO programs for brands. That's generally how I approach unfamiliar problems.

02 / Open the work

The posts show
how I think.

The work is probably the best proof. These aren't random viral posts. Each one meant understanding the audience, finding the right hook and figuring out what would get people to care.

Some posts may no longer display because of Reddit's spam filters. They worked during their shelf life.
03 / If I join

I'd start by getting close to the problem.

Product, users and numbers first.
Then start shipping.

Week 01

Learn where people drop off.

Get close to PRED's product, users and numbers. Understand the markets we're allowed to serve, talk to the team and look at the journey from discovering PRED to coming back. I'd want to know where the real problem is before choosing a channel.

Weeks 02–03

Pick a few things. Ship them.

Test different hooks and formats around live sports moments with eligible audiences. Work with the team on what we can say and measure whether the interest turns into product use.

Week 04

Keep what brings people back.

Read the results, talk to users and cut what isn't working. Turn a useful experiment into something we can run again. I'd own the follow-through, not just put ideas in a doc.

What I haven't done

I haven't marketed a sports prediction exchange before. I won't pretend otherwise. I've walked into unfamiliar problems before and made them work. That's what I'd bring here too.

I'd love to build this with you.

I want a role where I can get close to the business, own problems and learn as I go. If that's what you're looking for, I'd love to talk.
